original purchaser. Please indicate the reason for the refund so we can
make improvements. You must return any shipped goods (including program
CD, DVD case & Quick Start guide), along with a copy of your purchase
receipt, and destroy any copies of the software on your computer.

discretion, decides that a customer is trying to take advantage of our
Money Back Guarantee in any fraudulent or unethical way (with "any
fraudulent or unethical way" to be defined, determined, and decided at
our sole discretion), we reserve the right to cancel said guarantee.
